All 13 and Up youth are welcome to sign-up to be umpires (Having completed 7th Grade).  

SRAA Baseball/Softball Umpire Training Sunday, May 17 2026 Time: 1 – 3 PM Logan High School Softball Field* La Crosse, WI (*rain location – Erickson Boys & Girls Club – 1331 Clinton St. La Crosse) This event is for new, second and third-year umpires and for anyone who wants to check it out! Veteran Officials and Assignors are invited to attend as Trainers / Mentors! Veteran Officials from Behind the Mask will be providing instruction on communication, basic mechanics and game management. Training event will run until approx. 3 PM. Registration through SRAA.
