HYBPAI Parents Code of Conduct 2007

1) I shall not criticize the coaches or umpires unless I am ready to assume his duties.

2) I shall remember that only 9 players can play at one time, some children will have to sit the bench. I shall be supportive of all players.

3) I shall remember that all managers, coaches and officers are VOLUNTEER workers.

4) I shall offer my services for work whenever possible, without complaint

5) I shall set an example for sportsmanship for my child to follow.

6) I will bring problems to the attention of the coach IN PRIVATE. Arguing on the field during a game is detrimental to a team and organization.

7) I will make every attempt to be on time to all events thus allowing my child to have enough time to warm up prior to a game.

8) I will not criticize players in front of spectators.

9) I will emphasize to my child that winning a game is a result of teamwork.

10) I will refrain from using abusive or profane language directed toward any players, coaches, or umpires.

PROACTIVE PENALTIES

1) Any parent or fan who become a nuisance, out of control, or aggressive will be asked to leave the game and field area.

2) Any physical contact with coaches or HYBPAI member or parents will result in immediate dismissal from the organization
